Plant-for-the-Planet is the pioneer of the Trillion Tree Campaign. “We are a children and youth initiative that aims to raise awareness amongst children and adults about the issues of the climate crisis and global justice.”
Why the world needs a trillion more trees!
The world currently has three trillion trees and can host a trillion more. Trees are one of the most powerful tools that buy us time in the fight against the climate crisis. Only by restoring these forests, we will be able to keep temperature rise below 2°C.
How a company can become part of the solution?
The organization works with the companies on their climate journey and get your community mobilized on reforestation.
Our goal: to have a Trillion Tree Campaign project in Portugal.
